Jim,
The band sounds great. I watched both videos. You guys rock. I need to come out and catch you guys live. I signed up to the mailing list so I'll keep an eye out.
All the best,

Eric - We are not that band. They were from the mid - 70's out east somewhere. We are a cover band from Chicago and took our name from a Tragically Hip album, called "Road Apples."

about 35 years ago i knew a guy named john owens in madison wisconsin who loved your band (if you are the same Road Apples) and had a 45 rpm record of a song of yours that he played all the time; i still remember a few of the lyrics: "baby you are the one, that keeps me holding on, when others fail .... you keep me holding on ...." was that you guys?
